# Create with AI

How EasyWebinar's Create with AI builds a webinar from a description, writing the script, registration pages, email sequence, polls and offers, and what each step costs in credits.

- Applies to: Live, simulive and evergreen webinars
- Status: Live
- Verified: 2026-10-16
- Canonical page: https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/ai/create-with-ai/

**Create with AI** builds a complete EasyWebinar webinar from a written description. In five steps it writes a [slide-by-slide presentation script](https://easywebinar.com/ai-webinar-script-generator/), fills your [registration, thank-you and waiting-area pages](https://easywebinar.com/ai-webinar-registration-page-builder/), drafts the [email sequence](https://easywebinar.com/ai-webinar-email-generator/), and creates polls and offers. A full build takes about ten minutes and uses around 23 credits, and everything it produces opens in the normal editors so you can change it.

## What Create with AI is {#what-it-is}

Building a webinar by hand means writing a presentation, designing a registration page, writing a confirmation, reminders and follow-ups, and thinking up polls and an offer. Create with AI does a first draft of all of that from one prompt.

It works in sequence, one step after another. Your prompt becomes a script, and the AI then uses that script as source material when it writes your pages. That ordering matters: the script is the foundation, so getting it right first improves everything built after it.

The result is a normal EasyWebinar webinar. It has the same nine tabs and the same settings as one built by hand. The only visible difference is the **AI** badge on its card in **My Webinars**.

## Why Create with AI matters {#why-it-matters}

### What it's for {#what-its-for}

Create with AI is for getting [from an idea to a webinar funnel](https://easywebinar.com/ai-webinar-funnel-builder/) you can run, without starting each piece from a blank page. It suits a first webinar, a new topic, or a team that needs a launch-ready draft quickly.

### How it helps {#how-it-helps}

- **One prompt, five deliverables.** Script, pages, emails, polls and offers all start from the same description.
- **The script is presentation-ready.** It comes in named sections, each with a timing and speaker notes, and downloads as a PDF.
- **Emails arrive wired up.** Merge tags are already in place, so dates, times and join links fill themselves in.
- **Polls have a purpose.** You choose what the polls should achieve. Each one explains why it's there and where it fits.
- **Offers match your pitch.** You choose how hard to sell, and each offer comes back with a headline, button and link.

### What happens without it {#without-it}

Without it, the setup work is spread across several blank pages: a script document, a page builder, five or six emails and an offer. That's often where webinars stall, especially a first one. Pieces written on different days also tend not to match each other.

### Why buyers care {#why-buyers-care}

Create with AI matters most to coaches, course creators and small teams who run their own marketing. It matters in the week before a first webinar, when the setup hours are the main thing standing between an idea and a date.

## The EasyWebinar approach to Create with AI {#approach}

{/* 5P */}

Take a typical case. A solo marketing consultant who helps local accountancy firms win clients plans her first webinar. It's a 40-minute live session on getting referrals through LinkedIn, two weeks away. She has about 400 contacts and wants to end with an invitation to her three-month advisory programme.

A common workaround is to build each piece in a different tool: slides in one, a landing page in another, emails from a template. That can take several evenings. The pieces may drift apart as they're written, and a first webinar can slip while the setup drags on.

The pieces don't really need separate starting points. The script, the page, the emails, the polls and the offer all come from the same idea. If that idea is written down once, each piece can be drafted from it, and her time goes into editing instead.

EasyWebinar turns her description into a complete webinar through **Create with AI**. She sets **Type** to **Live**, adds the **Polls** and **Offers** chips and clicks **Generate**. The script comes first, and the pages are written from it. She chooses **Balanced Approach** for the offer and downloads the script as a PDF to rehearse.

The screenshot under Describe your webinar shows the prompt box, **Type**, the five output chips and the credit balance on one screen. How other platforms use AI to build a webinar is covered in How Create with AI compares, below.

## Before you begin {#before-you-begin}

- **Check your credits.** [AI generation uses credits](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/reference/limits-and-defaults/#ai-credits), and your balance is shown at the top right of every step. A full build costs around 23.
- **Know your audience and offer.** The prompt drives everything. Have a specific audience, three or four teaching points, a length, a tone, and what you'll sell at the end ready before you start.
- **Decide the webinar type.** Choose **Live**, **Simulive** or **Evergreen** before generating. A [webinar's type](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/#which-to-choose) can't be changed after it's created.

## Build a webinar with AI {#build-it}

### 1. Describe your webinar {#describe-it}

Click **Create with AI** in the sidebar.

![The Create with AI screen with the prompt box, the Type selector, the output chips, Generate and the credit balance marked](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/images/create-with-ai/step-01-prompt.png)

| | Control | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | **Prompt box** | Describe the webinar you want |
| 2 | **Type** | Live, Simulive or Evergreen |
| 3 | **Output chips** | Script, Landing pages, Emails, Polls, Offers |
| 4 | **Generate** | Starts the build |
| 5 | **Credits** | Your remaining balance |

Script, Landing pages and Emails are on by default. Click **Polls** and **Offers** to include them. Turn off any chip you don't want generated.

#### Write a prompt that works {#write-a-good-prompt}

Output quality depends on the prompt more than anything else. A vague prompt produces a generic webinar. Include:

- **Who it's for, specifically.** "Experienced freelance designers stuck at capacity", not "designers".
- **What it covers.** The three or four things you'll actually teach.
- **How long it runs.**
- **The tone you want.**
- **What you're selling at the end,** and the price.

For example: a 45-minute live masterclass for experienced freelance designers who want recurring revenue without hiring, covering why hourly billing caps growth, how to turn a repeatable service into a fixed-scope offer, and how to price it. Warm and practical, no hype. End with an offer for a six-week group programme with templates and weekly calls, plus its price.

Click **Generate**.

### 2. Review the script {#review-the-script}

You're asked for the number of **slides** and the **duration**, then the script is written slide by slide.

| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Webinar topic** | Your prompt, still editable |
| **Slides and duration** | Change either and regenerate |
| **Regenerate** | Writes a fresh script |
| **Download PDF** | Saves the script to present from |

The script is organised into named sections, such as the hook and welcome and the problem framing, each with its own timing and speaker notes. Read it before you continue. Fixing the script now is much easier than fixing the pages and emails built from it. Click **Continue to landing pages**.

### 3. Generate the pages {#generate-pages}

Choose **AI picks for you** to have a template selected automatically, or **Choose manually** to browse templates yourself.

The AI writes your registration page, thank-you page and waiting area, using the script as source material: headline, what attendees will learn, an instructor bio and the rest. The pages open in an editor with **Edit**, **Preview**, **SEO** and **Scripts** tabs and a desktop and mobile view. Treat them as a strong first draft. Click **Continue**.

### 4. Generate the emails {#generate-emails}

The AI drafts a full sequence:

| Email | When it sends |
|---|---|
| **Welcome email** | On registration |
| **Reminder — 1d** | A day before |
| **Reminder — 1h** | An hour before |
| **Reminder — 15m** | Fifteen minutes before |
| **Follow-up — Instant** | Right after the webinar ends |
| **Follow-up — 1d** | A day afterwards |

Merge tags are already in place, so dates, times and join links fill in automatically. **Add email** adds another. Click **Continue**.

### 5. Generate the polls {#generate-polls}

![Poll generation asking what the polls should help you accomplish, with seven goals and Generate polls](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/images/create-with-ai/step-03-poll-goals.png)

Instead of asking what questions you want, this step asks what the polls are for. Choose any combination of goals:

- increasing engagement
- understanding pain points
- gauging interest in your offer
- qualifying leads
- gathering background
- getting feedback on delivery
- segmenting for follow-up

Click **Generate polls**. You get [five polls](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/engagement/polls/#polls-with-ai), each with its question, its options, and a short note on why it's there and where it fits in the run of show. Click **Continue**.

### 6. Generate the offers {#generate-offers}

![Offer generation with the three positioning options, a description box for the offer and a field for the button destination](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/images/create-with-ai/step-04-offer-positioning.png)

First choose how you want to position the offer:

| Positioning | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Soft Pitch** | Education-focused, offer at the end |
| **Balanced Approach** | Value plus a clear offer throughout, strong close |
| **Direct Pitch** | Offer-focused, repeated CTAs, strong urgency |

Then describe what you're selling and where the button should send people, and pick an offer category: online course, coaching programme, membership, digital product or service package. Click **Generate Offers**.

You get [complete offers](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/engagement/timed-offers/#offers-with-ai) with a title, headline, sub-headline, button text and link. Select the ones you want and click **Save and continue**.

### 7. Land on your finished webinar {#finished-webinar}

![The finished webinar's Overview tab, with the AI badge beside the title and the nine tabs marked](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/images/create-with-ai/step-05-finished.png)

*1 The webinar title, with its AI badge · 2 The nine tabs.*

The flow ends on the new webinar's **Overview**. From here it works exactly like a webinar built by hand.

## What it costs {#credits}

| Step | Credits |
|---|---|
| Script | 10 |
| Landing pages | 10 |
| Emails | 1 |
| Polls | 1 |
| Offers | 1 |
| **Full build** | **23** |

The script and pages are the expensive steps, which is another reason to get the prompt right before you generate. Each step shows your balance before you commit, and you can switch off any output chip to skip that part.

## After generating: finish the webinar {#after-generating}

Create with AI drafts the content. A few things are still yours to do:

- **Set the schedule.** The build doesn't schedule sessions for you; [set them on the Overview tab](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/setup/overview-tab/#scheduling-options).
- **[Choose a video](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/media/video-hosting/#change-video)** for simulive and evergreen webinars, which play a recording.
- **Read every page and email** before publishing, especially anything about price and what's included.
- **[Publish the pages](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/registration/registration-page-builder/#publish).** A registration link doesn't work until its page is published.
- **Tune the offers.** Add a [countdown timer](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/engagement/countdown-timers/) to an offer with a real deadline, or adjust the button URL.

## How Create with AI works with other features {#works-with}

### Pages {#with-pages}

Generated pages open in the same drag-and-drop builder as any other, on the webinar's **Content** tab. Change templates, edit blocks, add **UTM Params** to the form, then publish. See [Registration page builder](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/registration/registration-page-builder/).

### Emails {#with-emails}

The generated sequence lives on the **Notifications** tab with every other email, where you can change subjects, content and timing. See [Confirmation emails](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/notifications/confirmation-emails/) and [Reminder emails](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/notifications/reminder-emails/).

### Polls and offers {#with-polls-and-offers}

Generated polls and offers appear on the **CTAs** tab, already written and editable like any other. See [Polls](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/engagement/polls/) and [Offers](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/engagement/timed-offers/).

### Paid webinars {#with-paid-webinars}

A webinar built with AI has the same pricing options as one built by hand. If you're charging for registration, read the generated pages and emails carefully so they describe the price and what's included correctly. See [Paid webinars](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/selling/paid-webinars/).

### Other AI features {#other-ai-features}

Create with AI is one of several [AI features in EasyWebinar](https://easywebinar.com/ai/). **Chat Simulation** can use AI to populate the chat on a recorded webinar; see [Chat simulation](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/webinars/engagement/chat-simulation/). The **AI Moderator**, which answers attendee questions in the room, is in Beta.

## Who uses Create with AI, and how {#who-uses-it}

These are typical patterns, shown to illustrate how the feature fits different users.

### Course creators {#course-creators}

A creator describes a training webinar that teaches the core idea of a course, chooses the online course category and **Balanced Approach** for the offer, and edits the script before generating pages. See [Course creators](https://maximuslabs-ai.github.io/easywebinar-product-docs/product-docs/use-cases/sell-courses/).

### Coaches and consultants {#coaches}

A [coach launching a new programme](https://easywebinar.com/webinar-platform-for-coaches-course-creators/) generates the whole webinar in one sitting, downloads the script as a PDF to rehearse from, and picks **Soft Pitch** because the audience is new to them.

### Small businesses and solo operators {#small-business}

A solo operator without time to write six emails keeps the default chips (script, pages and emails), leaves **Polls** and **Offers** off, and builds a single offer by hand on the **CTAs** tab.

### SaaS and product teams {#product-teams}

A product team sets **Type** to **Evergreen** for an [always-on product walkthrough](https://easywebinar.com/evergreen-webinars/), chooses poll goals for qualifying leads and segmenting for follow-up, then attaches their recorded demo as the video.

## How Create with AI compares {#compare}

EasyWebinar's Create with AI writes the presentation script, the registration pages, the email sequence, and the polls and offers from one description. EasyWebinar is the only platform in this table that does all four.

AI webinar-building features, from each platform's public documentation:

| Platform | AI writes the presentation script | AI writes the registration page | AI writes the email sequence | AI writes polls and offers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| **EasyWebinar** | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| **eWebinar** | Not in docs | Partly (rewrites one section at a time) | Yes (a notification set) | Yes (from the video transcript) |

### Why EasyWebinar is the stronger choice for Create with AI {#compare-stronger}

- **A script, not just an outline.** EasyWebinar writes the script in named sections with timings and speaker notes. WebinarJam's AI Agenda Planner generates a webinar agenda. See [EasyWebinar vs WebinarJam and EverWebinar](https://easywebinar.com/compare/easywebinar-vs-everwebinar-webinarjam/).
- **Whole pages written from the script.** EasyWebinar writes the registration, thank-you and waiting-area pages in one step. eWebinar's AI rewrites registration page sections one at a time. See [EasyWebinar vs eWebinar](https://easywebinar.com/compare/easywebinar-vs-ewebinar/).
- **Polls and offers in the same build.** EasyWebinar generates polls from the goals you pick, then offers in the pitch style you choose. WebinarKit's AI Creator Suite covers scripts, slide decks and avatar videos. See [EasyWebinar vs WebinarKit](https://easywebinar.com/compare/easywebinar-vs-webinarkit/).
- **Emails ready before the event.** EasyWebinar drafts the welcome email, three reminders and two follow-ups. Livestorm's AI drafts emails from an event recording, after the event. See [EasyWebinar vs Livestorm](https://easywebinar.com/compare/easywebinar-vs-livestorm/).

*Competitor details checked against each vendor's public documentation on 21 October 2026. Features and plans change, so confirm with the vendor before you decide.*

## Limits and things to know {#limits}

- **Credits are spent per step.** About 23 for a full build; the script and pages are 10 each.
- **The prompt sets the quality.** Vague prompts produce generic webinars.
- **Scheduling isn't generated.** Set sessions yourself after the build.
- **Simulive and evergreen still need a video** after generation.
- **Five polls per poll step.** Each comes with its question, options and reasoning.
- **Everything is a draft.** Check pages and emails before you publish, particularly prices and inclusions.
- **The webinar type is fixed** once the webinar is created, so set **Type** before generating.
